About Lloguering Student

Lloguering has been offering students accommodation since 2013, We are specialized in Student’s apartments.

We have six buildings Student’s rooms rental for students in the hotest location in Barcelona.

Three buildings are in Gracia neighbourhood and three buildings in Gotico neighbourhood (In same Plaza Real and close to Palau de la Música) ideal to combine Student’s life with integration into a lively and cosmopolitan city like Barcelona.

In Lloguering Barcelona we supply a personalize welcome service giving to the students all the necessary information that might need when they arrive in a new city.

All apartments have been recently restored, respecting the charm of the original materials while offering the maximum comfort

All rooms includes bed linen, towells, iron, iron board, cookware, central heating, wifi and microwave

Depending on the building will be coin operator laundry on top floor or washing machins inside the apartments

To garantee the máximum security and privacy to our guest, each student has a unique card that opens apartment’s door and room door with radiofrequency system

Making things flexible and easy

• We accept all types of stays starting from one month to maximum 11 months
• Online booking system for apartments and rooms through our website.
• We offer support by phone, by email, in person at our offices, or through our website.
• Only paid if you end up contracting an apartment or a room with us.
• You just need you ID card or passport, and a document attesting that your stay in Barcelona is related to the academic world; i.e. acceptance letter, registration form or internship contract.
